ECO-Luxe, another fringe event marked in Singapore Fashion Festival  presenting Katelyn Aslett. The cloth is hand made using the ancient process of felting; a fabric is crated by fusing and pounding natural fibres together.



Her  work  is all hand crafted wool and silk designs and this range was based on my theme "floral abundance", a profusion of color and texture.


In this range Katelyn Aslett used some recycled silk, chiffon, organic wool and cashmere, all hand dyed with low impact dyes.




Each piece is totally unique and a one of design, No two pieces can ever be the same as wool fibres and silk take on their own integrity. More than a fashion item it is a work of art to be loved for its uniqueness.
